This is the PiYo Signature Round - kinda like PiYo 101. It’s simple, effective, fun, and challenging all while leaving you feeling stretched and successful.
All you need is a mat and a little space to step off the mat on either side.
This was recorded years ago with an old sound system so the music quality isn’t great. But it’s a great routine to get familiar with the pace and moves of PiYo.
