PiYo 47 (45 mins)

An oldie but a goodie! I used to teach PiYo a lot, but I stopped doing it for a while. This was the first live class in a while and it felt so good - PiYo really is like magic.

Lots of opportunities to modify. A fantastic blend of strength, balance, stretch, and feel good music. All you need is a mat (with some space on the sides to move) and some water.

Bonus clip at the end of my fur babies. You can’t see Lexi but you can hear me talking to her off camera. We didn’t know she was sick at this point (Aug 2024). She was gone within 6 months of this class. I’m so glad this moment was captured (even if only in audio).
