Chair Yoga Flow 54 mins w/cats :)

You’ll begin seated for breath and mobility. Then move through a standing routine (using the chair for support as needed) for strength and balance. Finish seated in the chair (or go to the floor) for core and deep stretch/relaxation. All in under an hour! All you need is some space and a chair, preferably on a yoga mat.
