Cardio and Core 20 Minutes

Simple cardio movement to the music with core strength in only 20 minutes. No equipment needed and jumping is optional (high and low impact options). All you need is some space to move. A yoga mat is recommended for the floor work, but a carpet or towel will do.

This was recored live on zoom so the video quality isn’t great, but the workout is. :) Have some fun!
