Dumbbell Strength: Summer/Confidence Playlist (under 45 min)

Full Body strength workout using dumbbells. You'll need a pair of light and medium weights, heavy weights optional as you get stronger. You'll also need a mat, or other soft surface on the floor.

This playlist is inspired by summer, but it's also a really powerful, positive, confident playlist for the days when you need an extra boost.

As always, start small and light and modify/take breaks as needed.

Running time is just over 43 minutes including cool down/stretch.
