Yoga

You’ll find a variety of Yoga for whatever you need.

Chair yoga for when you don’t want to get on the floor.

Power Yoga/Flow classes for when you want to amp it up.

Strength Training

Strength training is critical for healthy again.

All you need is with a set (or two) of dumbbells (light to medium weights). Build up as you go with heavier weights and/or resistance bands and other options.

Cardio

Low impact cardio workouts to strengthen your heart and have fun without stressing out your joints.

PiYo

I don’t teach this class in person anymore, but you can still access classes On Demand.

Power Yoga meets Functional Fitness with upbeat music. It’s not for yoga purists, but it is really challenging and fun.

Sing Along Cycle

Super fun way to experience an indoor cycling class. Great music to sing along with making your workout a party rather than something to suffer through
