On Demand Workouts & Yoga

At home fitness can be just as effective and enjoyable as the gym but without the commute or intimidation. Movement on your own terms, on your own schedule. This small library of On Demand workouts and yoga sessions will give you variety and options for a well rounded fitness routine without boredom.

Yoga

You’ll find a variety of Yoga for whatever you need.

Chair yoga for when you don’t want to get on the floor.

Power Yoga/Flow classes for when you want to amp it up.

Strength Training

Strength training is critical for healthy again.

All you need is with a set (or two) of dumbbells (light to medium weights). Build up as you go with heavier weights and/or resistance bands and other options.

Cardio

Low impact cardio workouts to strengthen your heart and have fun without stressing out your joints.

PiYo and SoulFusion

I don’t teach these formats live anymore, but you can still access them On Demand.

Power Yoga meets Functional Fitness with upbeat music. It’s not for yoga purists, but it is really challenging and fun.

Sing Along Cycle

Super fun way to experience an indoor cycling class. Great music to sing along with making your workout a party rather than something to suffer through

    Strength is vital for healthy aging. Lifting weights is important for everyone, but it’s crucial as you get older.

    I teach a full body Rhythmic Strength Class for all ages.

    I also teach a Cardio Strength Class for seniors.

  • Yoga

    No matter what your health and fitness goals are, you can benefit from yoga. Strength, balance, mobility, flexibility, and relaxation all in one!

    I teach a variety of yoga classes ranging from chair yoga to power yoga to a Hot Flow class.

  • SHiNE Dance Fitness

    SHiNE™ is a dance fitness workout combining current hit music and choreo to help students feel confident and strong. This high-cardio exercise combines jazz, ballet and hip hop moves with calisthenics in a HIIT format for a full-body workout.

  • Sing Along Cycle™️

    Coming Soon:

    This class is a party on an indoor bike! It began as a Rhythm Ride class - using the music to set the pace, and it grew into a sing-along celebration. This is not for serious cyclists looking for an outdoor ride experience. This IS for anyone who loves music and is looking for an intense cardio workout that is so fun you’ll forget how hard you’re working.

  • UPLIFT™

    UPLIFT™ is so much fun, it has the power to turn fitness LOATHERS into LOVERS. This is not a dance class, but each routine is choreographed to iconic music, and when safety isn’t compromised, you’re likely to find a booty shake or shimmy. UPLIFT™ is a full body strength training program that builds muscles AND confidence all set to iconic music!
